Mugello, EN runganSport — Italian rider, Andrea Iannone has confirmed that he will leave the Suzoto Ecstar MotoGP team at the end of the 2018 season.

Iannone performed poorly throughout the year with Suzuki due to the difficulty of driving a typical Japanese motorcycle.

Iannone failed to climb the podium last year, only in 13th position of the final standings in 2017.

But, Iannone kicked off earlier this year with two podiums in America and Spain.

Unfortunately, Iannone’s slick performance came late, because the Japanese manufacturer will be able to stabilize Moto2 rider Joan Mir as a replacement for Iannone from 2019.

“Obviously I will not stay at Suzuki,” Iannone said in Mugello as reported by MotorSport.

“I’m going to move to another manufacturer, but at the moment I’m not going to talk about my future because it’s a bit like hell.

Suzuki spoke to me about my future only after the Barcelona test, they reflect for a long time, but in any case now I’m sure it will not stay in Suzuki,” he continued.

Iannone’s best choice for 2019 is expected to join another Italian manufacturer, Aprilia, he will replace Briton, Scott Redding.

Although demikina, Iannone confirmed he will still perform optimally with Suzuki until this season runs out.

“I am very happy with my performance at the beginning of this year, the motor is currently very new and very comfortable paddock pad,” Iannone admitted.

“Unlike last year, I was very difficult.

But Suzuki is trying his best and I am too, and we will continue like this until the end of the season,” Iannone closed. (DN / eV)

Crutchlow: I Deserve to Join Repsol Honda

Crutchlow: I Deserve to Join Repsol Honda

Mugello, EN runganSport — So far the new Repsol Honda announced one rider for the upcoming 2019/2020 season.

Another position is still empty, which is currently being occupied by Dani Pedrosa.

The failure of Johann Zarco and Joan Mir to Repsol Honda increasingly memperluar opportunities Pedrosa survive in the Orange team.

But there is one senior Honda rider who really crave Repsol Honda team, he is Cal Crutchlow.

The British rider who is now defending the LCR Honda Satellite team feels very worthy to be in the first team.

“If you look at what the results of my racing in the statistics in the last three seasons, I always exist in the top ten of the final standings.

So, I really deserve a place in the manufacturer team, “Crutchlow said as reported by Sport Bikes News.

Cutchlow also feel strange with Repsol Honda who was interested in hook Zarco, but according to Zarco has not been confirmed to fit the Honda engine.

“It’s clear Zarco is one of the best riders, but I do not think he fits in with Honda.

I’ve tested Yamaha, Ducati and Honda, so I know how everything works.

Zarco says he wants to have a style similar to Jorge to control M1. But Honda is a very demanding motorcycle, “Crutchlow continued.

“Yamaha and Honda differ like day and night, Honda racer will have problems if you use Yamaha, vice versa.

Because Honda’s strongest point is in our braking sector, which is clearly 1000 times better than Yamaha, but in their bend better,” said Crutchlow. (DN/eV)
